How do I get started?
STEP 1: Once you have decided that fitness is something that you want to have in your life the first thing I recommend you do is sign up for the Free Membership or the Club Membership. I personally really love the club membership. I use all of the tools that are available to you there and see a lot of value in that service but the choice is yours. Club members get 10% off purchases!

STEP 2: If you already know what program you want – great! However, if you want to discuss the differences between the programs and need help choosing let me help you pick! As your Beachbody coach I can help you find the best program to meet your goals based on your fitness level and interest. Also Beachbody has an amazing return policy so if the program isn’t working for you, return it and try a different one. We want you to be successful!

STEP 3: I think one of the keys to being successful with these programs is staying accountable and interacting with others like you doing the programs. I can put you in one of my groups of people who are also doing Beachbody programs that will help you stay on track and be there if you have questions or challenges. Do you have 3-5 other friends that you want to have in your group? No problem. I can set up a group for all of you and be there to keep you all accountable!
STEP 4: Follow your program and watch your body transform before your eyes!
