My first run of the month was good in general - minus the racing heart rate. My thyroid is all messed up again and I can feel it. Heart racing, hot flashes, no sleep - ugh. Happy Valentines Day! Today I was totally stressing about Dopey selling out before I got to register for it. I didn't have the best year in health or in fitness. I worked out when I could, but consistency was unfortunately not happening.
