As a P90X Grad I have shouted from the rooftops about the awesomeness of that program. However, it is a time investment! Most P90X workouts are 60 to 90 min long. P90X2 – SAME boat. Well after much experimenting I have been happily Vegan since December 1. I still occasionally eat fish but other than that have made a full transition. Ok, I have to say for myself I have had a tough winter. I have lost a very close friend to breast cancer, my son has had a number of surgeries and I have felt the effects of Lupus most of the season.
