  • Man I was dragging on my run today.  Need to get refills on my vitamins and drink more water.  Lots to do! Almost done with my first yes fit virtual race. About 13 miles to go.

  • Started my 10 mile run pretty great then the mega queasys set in.  Nothing helped. Then Johnny(my Italian greyhound got sick- pause) then Maggie my chiweenie heard thunder and almost jumped on the treadmill (pause as I hand her off to my husband) pressing on I decided walking would be better than quitting even though my tummy was way off so I mostly walked 10 miles on my treadmill (100 outside). Not my ideal run but I got my miles in.  20 for the week.

  • Shoulders and arms with a 3 mile run.  I haven’t done shoulders lately because of my fibro / collarbone situation but felt up to it today.  My push ups are getting stronger!  One day at a time.

  • Run walk is a perfect method for me.  I was sore today but busted out 4 miles and then did yoga to stretch and relax.  Jeff Galloway’s books changed my life and made me a runner and I’m so grateful to have the capability to do it today. 🙏 .

  • Yesterday sucked.  I was gloomy and nonproductive and went to bed considering staying there the next day.  Today I woke up and said that’s enough of that and got to work.  Finishing out the month strong with an intense legs and back workout- upped most of my weights and a three mile run on an incline.  49 miles in July.  Still raising money for the lupus foundation!  Every dollar helps raise awareness, helping patients and families and funds research and new support for future medications and maybe someday a cure.  Link in bio 🙏💜💜🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♀️
